The SOLAREZ I Can’t Believe It’s Not Lacquer Grain Sealer gives you an easy way to achieve an incredible wood finish. It’s an easy-to-apply sealer ideal for a wide variety of woods. It features a 100% solids content compared to conventional shellac’s 27% solids content. So it’s great value.

It goes on smooth and easy filling the deepest grains. Application can be by brush, roller or tack cloth. There’s no odour, including no Shellac odour, and no dangerous fumes. It’s UV activated and cures in less than 5 minutes when exposed to direct sunlight and UV sunlamp bulbs.

The UV-cure activation takes place not by evaporation but by photochemical reaction. So you get a fast controllable process rather having to wait hours. Suitability covers a range of woods from hardwood to thermally modified wood, as well as most composite materials. The high-solid content means fewer coats are required to fill open grain woods.

The great filling qualities also give a great flat-sanding result and a superior scratch resistant, durable hard finish.
